Year 2 - 2025: Games of the Gods
This year, four wanderers, Odin, Loki, Freya and Thor have decided that Hedeby will be site of a great contest - which will determine which clan is the most glorious! The gods have each chosen a clan to patronize, Odin - Raven, Loki - Wolf, Freya - Dragon and Thor - Bear. Earn glory for your clan through contests, feats of strength and enjoy a festival of legendary proportions!
Year 1 - 2024: The Next Jarl
The time has come again for the Althing at Hedeby. Raven (hrafn), Wolf (úlfr), Bear (bjǫrn) and Dragon(dreki) clans have gathered. Tensions are high this year with the death of Jarl Ragnar of the Rafn. This year’s gathering will determine who will be the most powerful Jarl - which banner will you earn glory under at this year's, VIKINGFEST?

The Clans
Raven (hrafn), Wolf (úlfr), Bear (bjǫrn) and Dragon(dreki) clans gather each year to compete.
Wolf (úlfr) Clan
Members of the Wolf Clan are known for their fierce loyalty and teamwork. Like wolves, they operate well in groups, showing exceptional coordination and support for one another. They are also known for their adaptability and resilience.
Dragon (dreki) Clan
The Dragon Clan is renowned for their fierce bravery and indomitable spirit, much like the mythical dragons they are named after. Members of this clan are known for their exceptional skill in both warfare and seafaring, embodying the relentless and adventurous spirit of dragons. They are revered for their leadership and feared for their fierce combat tactics, making them a formidable and respected group in Viking lore.
Bear (bjǫrn) Clan
The Bear Clan is characterized by their strength and bravery. Members are often physically imposing and known for their fearlessness in battle. They value honor and strength, and are often seen as protectors.
Raven (hrafn) Clan
Known for their intelligence and strategic thinking, members of the Raven Clan are often seen as wise and cunning. They are adept at planning and executing complex strategies, making them formidable in both war and peace.
