Ice Howl

Behind the performance

Meet Ice Howl.

Indiana’s Ice Howl puts riffs and fantasy at the center of its heavy metal. The band describes its sound as groove-driven power metal, with melodic hooks and a traditional metal foundation. Its 2026 album, The Ledger of Timeless Watchers, follows themes of justice and redemption through eight tracks. Ice Howl joins Friday’s adults-only Loki’s Night, bringing a guitar-led sound and imagined worlds to VikingFest’s after-dark lineup.
